I am here to express my frustration and disappointment with my recent experience at your store. I have contacted Best Buy twice via chat and once over the phone about returning phones that I had activated in-store. I needed to return the phones due to poor reception and asked to come back when the promotions for iPhones are better and to change carriers to Telus.Each representative verified with me that I would be able to return the phones and keep the promotional gift cards as they were used to purchase a speaker through Best Buy. I visited the Aurora, Ontario, Canada location, which I was told by Best Buy support I would be able to do the return at any Best Buy, but the manager informed me that the only place I could return the phones would be the Newmarket, Ontario, Canada location. I wasted gas money driving out there, and then I had to spend more to get to the Newmarket location.Upon visiting the Newmarket location, I was treated rudely, lied to, and refused service. I have never been spoken to in such a manner in my life. Having a manager, Jonathan, tell me I have a bad choice of word attitude" and that I was giving them a hard time after telling them I was told by Best Buy themselves and the CRTC that I would be able to keep the gift cards.The managers said the system would not allow them to do it and would manually punch in a gift card while I was trying to return it so they could charge me for it. Consultants who stand in groups and do not approach, there is no interest in work and sales. My friend and I stood there for 10 minutes, they saw us, but no one came up. We decided to go to the consultant, said that we were not from this product and would call ours, no one came, we waited another 10-15 minutes and went to the consultant again.You know, if I hadn't searched for the product I wanted, I wouldn't have bought anything in this store.I would have laughed if there were a lot of customers, but there were only a few.Before that, I visited Best Buy in another neighbourhood, and if everything there was above 10, then here it was definitely 2.

I have been dealing with the Biddlecombe family for my security needs since I bought my first house in 2005, and knew them as the security company for a business I worked for since 2002. Their service has always been top notch, and they go out of their way to always get everything I need done.I cannot emphasize how pleasant they are to deal with. I recommend them heartily to anyone who asks.

I visited this place to buy a Nintendo video game for my son. We have experienced the wonderful customer svc with the lady who helped us out to exchange the games. They made my day and my son was so much happy with that. Even though, I could not remember name of the lady staff at the checkout desk, I’d like to say thanks so much for your help. I really appreciate that.

This company not only sells you the best items that sound good together, but they will go out of their way to make sure you know what you are doing, and they aren't really expensive either. Great service, friendly. Mark really knows turntable stuff. Both Mark and Max are extremely helpful!!

This is the second product I purchased from Texonic. This tv mount was very good quality , instructions well laid out and easy to put together. Wow!

EQ Audio sells components yes, but most importantly it sells a musical experience and journey. Ed and Michelle are audio professionals that are completely commitment to client satisfaction. Ed is the man!! The knowledge and advice he provided is crucial and essential when navigating hi fidelity music systems that matches what you want. Most of all, he cares about your audio experience and won't suggest products that are not within your vision. I will be a life long customer....

Excellent company , great customer service ! I would highly recommend. I switched over from AAA alarms and what a difference in service .Marnie , Jay and Joey a great team .
